Come & See
When Jesus came into contact with people, he often invited them to simply be there. He let them look into his life with God. Through an activity of Jesus, many were able to have a personal experience with God for the first time.
This is still a way today that people can experience and get to know God in their lives.
Turn back & Believe
Everyone who was interested in Jesus was further challenged by him. His goal was to lead people back into a relationship with his Father, so that they in turn could accompany their acquaintances into this relationship.
He challenged them to think anew and act accordingly. They should look at God, the world, their fellow human beings, and themselves through the eyes of God and believe that he is the Messiah.
Become a Fishers of Men
When people repented, usually testified by baptism, and believed, Jesus challenged them to adopt his lifestyle as a sent person. The disciples experienced firsthand how Jesus came into contact with new people and helped them to experience and recognize God.
He taught them practically and theoretically what it means to live as a sent person.
Be sent
After Jesus had shown his disciples how to fish for people, i.e. how to lead new people into a relationship with God and the movement, he trained them to live as sent ones themselves.
The training for this was characterized by experiential educational approaches. In addition to all the theory, practice was part of everyday life. In this way, his followers became copies of himself. They became able to carry his lifestyle and the good news of his deeds into the world.

In a short time, Jesus built a movement that lasted for centuries. As a leader, he proactively called people into discipleship and training. They should copy and multiply his lifestyle, his passion, and his vision.

Jesus lived as a human being in full dependence on his Father. Connected by the Holy Spirit, God led him in his life and his decisions. Everything in his life was focused on doing the will of the Father. And because the Father loves people, we find this passion in Jesus again. He was totally people-oriented.
